Cosy 3-Bedroom House in Seaham - Street Parking

I liked it was across from a cemetery. It was clean and comfortable.

Nowhere to sit outside, front or back. A patio table and flowers wouldn't go amiss in the back or a bench in the front. The beds were very springy but we made do. Also we let them know there was no toilet roll and no one did anything to correct that.

Large downstairs bedroom, well equipped kitchen, comfortable well prepared beds and lounge furniture. Nicely decorated, well kept. A short walk into town, but close to a corner shop as well.

Stairs to upper bedrooms very steep and quite narrow . Bedroom with single beds seems a little cramped. No garden, a backyard but no outside sitting area

The heating was efficient and there was plenty of hot water.

The property we had booked apparently became unavailable on the day we were due to arrive (no reason given) and another property was provided. The second property was further out of town than the one we originally booked (we didn’t have a car and there were very limited taxis available so had to walk), and had fewer amenities, despite this there was no discount. The chairs provided in the living room were just about adequate for 2 people (but not comfortable), definitely not for the 6 people that the property has beds for.
