You will staying across the road from the level (a well known park in the city), within minutes walk to the buzzing London Road where you will find plenty of restaurants, cafe's, bars and supermarkets.
Nearest beach is only 10 -15 minutes walk, 5 minutes to the iconic Brighton Lanes, 10 minutes to Brighton Station and station car park.

Neighborhood,:good during the day, the park at night regular. The apartment new, good equipment, bad cleaning supplies if you go more than 3 days.
The average es very good. I will return!!
