About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this modern house to rent in Boué, in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting, with jacuzzi and sauna. With a surface area of 322 m², it can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, six spacious bedrooms, six shower rooms and a 530 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises
In the first gite, on the ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 - Rouge-Gorge : Double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room and WC and 7.5 m² terrace.
- Bedroom 2 - Rossignol : Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with en-suite shower room and WC and a 7.5 m² terrace.
- 2 separate WCs
- Room with washing machine and tumble dryer
In the first gite, on the first floor :
- Bedroom 3 - Bergeronnette and 4 - Tourterelle: Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with en-suite shower room and WC.
- A mezzanine with table football, board games and books
In the second gite, on the ground floor :
- Bedroom 5 - Mésange: Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with en-suite shower room and WC.
In the second gite, upstairs:
- Bedroom 6 - Hirondelle: Two twin beds to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with en-suite shower room and WC.
- Wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi for 6 people. Opening times: Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday, 10am to 10pm.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 530 m².
- A 23.5 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- A secure bicycle storage area is available in the courtyard.
The house is ideally located in Boué, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin airport (92 km)

Family break for a week - five adults and a four years old child. The accomodation is really well set up - en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, a good kitchen and secure garden. Hostess was there to greet us. Being August, the town was really quiet, so I would say a car is essential. Supermarkets available around 4km away. I would thoroughly recommend the property.

Un nid dans la Grange Excellent stay with family. Beautiful clean and spacious accommodation. Each bedroom has its bathroom which is a real bonus.

Un nid dans la Grange "This place is amazing. It is very clean and luxurious. There is a wellness center in the property with a sauna and a big jacuzzi. All rooms have their own bathroom which makes it very convenient if you are staying with multiple families. Everything is new in this house and the level of attention to details is outstanding.
We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend it for a relaxing vacation."
