The location - Syderstone is a quiet and pretty village with interesting wildlife and buildings. The cottage was tastefully furnished, well equipped, with good parking and information provided. Lovely small garden and great outdoor seating area.
It is part of the deal with a small heritage property, but the stairs were difficult because of their steepness, and narrow and uneven step width and height, and I think they should be flagged in the information about the cottage as they make the place challenging for people with limited mobility.
The shower needs a deep clean and has very poor water pressure. Apart from this, the cottage was clean, functional and well-maintained.

Great location for all the popular villages and coastal hotspots. Very clean, warm and comfortable.
The only thing and it would 100% stop me from booking this cottage again, is the absolutely woeful shower, and this is the only one. There’s just no pressure at all and no coverage.
