Ideal layout and facilities were as described. Discreetly placed hot tub very private. Ideal for our needs lively garden area for the dog. All the minutes were ideal. Cottage heating and water system excellent.
One side of garden not so enclosed as was worried our big dog could end up on the road.

Character, location, comfy beds & Sofa. Facilities could have been amazing. Nice welcome biscuits and apple juice
Filthy hot tub. Boiler not working - no heating or hot water for first night. Host came out on second day to repressure. A little shabby, toilet seat loose, loo roll holder broken. Dirty cups and pans in oven. Auwful shower water pressure. No water in porta-loo to wash hands. Open fire in lounge for show only (asked not to use). No wood provisioned for fire pit or sauna! Guest info out of date (heating instructions incorrect).
