Complete with a large rock wood burning fireplace, warm wooden walls & ceiling, and wall to wall windows. Updated kitchen & bathrooms, flooring, and modern furnishings. For larger groups, there's an option to rent RR#67.

MAIN FLOOR | Through the front door, the Great Room opens to the dining area and kitchen. An expansive area with walls of windows offering natural light and views of the Deschutes National Forest. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar. From the Great Room, you're steps away from a large deck complete with a BBQ, dining furniture, and a place to just sit and relax in nature. There are miles of walking trails right off the deck and private horseshoe pit for hours of family fun.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS | 3 bedrooms. Downstairs has a spacious updated Primary bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. This large room has a Queen bed and modern furnishings. Upstairs is one bedroom with four (4) twin beds (two are trundles & a Pack-N-Play) and one bedroom with a Queen Bed. All bedrooms have big open windows to enjoy the juniper and pine forest. There's a shared full bathroom between the two bedrooms. Off the kitchen there's a laundry room with a washer and a dryer and an updated half-bath with modern touches.
This home does not allow pets.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | You will be charged a security deposit with each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

We enjoyed the natural light and high ceilings. The rooms were well appointed and kitchen fully stocked. Loved having the kitchen open up to dining and living space. We liked being between S Meadow and Glaze Meadow pools. A great family vacation!

Great place to stay. Very welcoming for us when we showed up. We had a lot of rain while there and I noticed the roof seems to leak to the left of the fireplace. We had some drips. We also noticed the master bedroom downstairs the door latch wouldn't open so we had to keep the door open. Other than a couple mechanical issues we absolutely loved the stay and would come back!

We love coming to Black Butte over the holidays with grandparents. This was a great spot to spend a comfortable week together. The rental is very clean, kitchen well appointed. Attentive handyman available when heater needed addressed. Our only suggestions are to add a rubber mat by doors to avoid wet shoes on carpeting; and consider upgrading sheets on beds (otherwise great blankets). We'll be back!
