About this house rental
Built in 1974 and completely remodeled in 2016. Beautifully furnished 1,900+ square foot home has a stunning view of Aspen Lake. Relax and soak it all in. The only traffic you'll see are the occasional walkers or bikers on the path that meanders by the lake.
Knotty alder wood cabinets, doors, windows, trim, and floor. Living room has two large leather sofas, two leather reclining chairs, fireplace and lake view. Large square dining room table has 8 comfortable chairs. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops. Downstairs: Master bedroom/bath, bunk room (4 bunks with a curtain door), and laundry/ 1/2 bath. Upstairs: Large 2nd bedroom, full bath. Back patio and deck has lake view, table with 6 chairs, two lounging chairs, hammock, and BBQ.
Black Butte Ranch is a breathtaking destination that has drawn visitors for an extraordinary vacation experience since the early 1970’s. With stunning views of the Cascade Mountains, Ponderosa pines, Aspen groves, and abundant wildlife, the setting of Black Butte Ranch is pristine. **There is an additional amenities/resort fee charged by Black Butte Ranch that is 12% of your total nights stay cost. This house was lovely, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. From little touches like spare toothbrushes (so handy! our daughter forgot hers) and cozy blankets, to the gorgeous furnishings and beautiful interior design/layout the home was both comfortable and appealing.

We have the best time staying here! Such a beautiful and relaxing space for the entire family. So many wonderful memories! The owners are incredible and always such a pleasure to rent from. Thank you again for such a great experience!
