You'll love this recently remodeled 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom approx 1500 sqft. home that Sleeps 8. We've kept the home's "Old Tahoe Feel" and added features to make sure you're you have a comfortable stay. There's a Hot Tub & Large Sunny Deck with patio furniture and lots of chairs. Located in a Quaint "Old Tahoe" Neighborhood surrounded by pine trees. The home has heated floors, a wood burning fireplace. Wifi, and Smart TV. 1 full bed, 3 queen beds, 1 twin sofa bed. Claw foot tub in the upstairs bathroom. Large updated shower. On site laundry. The kitchen features granite counter tops and a gas stove.
We're only a 5 minute walk to a great beach with FREE picnic tables, charcoal BBQs, grass areas & a pier. Summer kayak and SUP rentals available nearby. Gar Woods Grill & Pier shares the parking lot with the beach and is the perfect place to go for delicious food and drinks, Gar Woods is known for its upscale casual indoor and outdoor dining, waterfront views of Lake Tahoe, and their famous "Wet Woody" cocktails. 1). Excessive Noise / Loud Music that can be heard by neighbors (past our property line) especially after 9pm is prohibited. The county responds to noise complaints 24/7 and can fine guests for noise and parking violators.
2). We have parking in our driveway for 2 to 3 cars max. Short term renters are never allowed to park on the street.
3). No parties or events can be held at any short term rentals.
4). Maximum occupancy limits- we are limited to 8 people on site / occupying the property.
5). Outdoor Open Flame / Wood Burning / Charcoal Fire Pits & BBQs are now banned at all short term rentals.
6). We cannot accept pets.
7). HOT TUB...Cannot be used after 9:30pm. This is because a neighbor has a bedroom window near the hot tub and we have agreed that hot tub use after 9:30pm will not be allowed.
