Beautiful cabin in a gorgeous area with hiking trails that go for miles just up the street. I had a short stay and only used two bedrooms but there is ample space for friends and would be ideal with a bigger group with dog lovers. Very clean!

We booked this property for a family get together (family from Vegas and the UK). It was costly to stay in Kings Beach so this was a budget friendly compromise.
It is in a lovely location, and with a few tweaks it could have been ideal.
There is no air-con, but there is a ceiling fan in the living/seating area, however we could not get it to work. Despite calling Vacasa on arrival and them promising to call us back, they did not so we could not use it for the duration of our stay.
Heat rises - whilst the 2 ground floor bedrooms were a 'manageable' temperature at night with a plug-in fan, the upstairs rooms were uncomfortably hot.
Other things we noticed during our stay were... the fridge/freezer has an ice/cold-water dispenser but it did not work - the light 'change filter' was illuminated. The drier was full of damp towels and we found some dirty socks (not ours) under one of the beds.
Despite the above, for the price we paid it was 'ok' - the above just left a slight bitter taste.
