Very hard to get in lock seems very sticky or it has a complicated deadlock system, either way even our engineer friend took minutes to work it out.

Clean sheets and towels
It is impossible to get in the front door, 3 of us were trying and failed. The host suggested turning the key to the left which was stating the obvious. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the house smells of mould.
