It was clean and comfortable. Decent furnishings, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.
The heating was initially temperamental, but managed to sort it by Day 2. The toilet cistern needs to be looked at as water running all the time. The decking at the back door needs to be jet washed as it’s slippery and easy to walk muck back inside. I’m still waiting on the owner to provide a VAT invoice (or at least a reply to my message for one) as the price breakdown shows taxes and I can recover these with a VAT invoice
