Just arrived back in the UK. We had a great stay. Location was perfect to explore the Marais and more.
All staff were gorgeous, accommodating and friendly and breakfast was everything you need. Yes the rooms are small but the facilities are great...and its paris!!!
We did have a great view from our tiny balcony and the bijou rooftop terrace is delightful.
We would definitely stay again.
If you are in the front of the hotel (which I think its best to be) its noisy as its on a busy boulevard but it didn't bother us.

The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was simply gorgeous! It was a nice respite from the busy city. Only issue was that there was quite a bit of street noise (quite suitable for young couples, but may not satisfy young families' needs to maintain quiet hours)

Staff, location, super sweet boutique hotel
The room was way too hot at night with no option to turn on air conditioning or lower the temperature in the room. Even after staff on the second night 'turned off' the heating to my room it was still too warm. Only option was to have the windows open both nights which being street side was very, very noisy. So I did not sleep well.

The location, very good connected via metro station Republique.
Very friendly staff.
Very mediocre breakfast, croissants were not fresh, coffee machine was giving hot chocolate instead of coffee and you could feel it was not cleaned regularly.
Is ridiculous to call the room "double room" when you do not have space to move around, the bed was taking all the space, there are no nightstands just 2 chairs🤣, on one side of the bed you couldn't even walk out of bed as it is too close to the window.
Don't get fooled by the photos on the advertisement as they are taken with ultrawide which makes the rooms look bigger.
A max of 120cm bed should be fitted there and sold as a single room.
The entrance in the room is 80cm wide and it is close to the bed, you cannot get out properly by opening the door on the inside??? In case of an emergency you can't evacuate properly.
The ventilation ducts ARE VERY DUSTY, never cleaned most probably, we could feel the dust in the air, unpleasant for sleeping.
Room gets very hot during nights.
Very loud, you can hear everything around.
The kettle in our room was broken and they didn't do anything about it.
