The quests are well treated at breakfast time. Big “Thank you” to the the Supervisor of the restaurant ( sorry , I do not remember his name)
It would be good to improve “guest relation service” . Guests need care and support 24 hours but as minimum from 8:00 till 18:00/ 19:00 and not from 11:00am as Madame Olivia tried to explain me . Reception is always busy and they have to do their job and they do.

Hotel location, panoramic window with a view of the Eiffel Tower.
The deposit that was collected and was supposed to be refunded at check-out but hasn’t been returned.
