Location, Central to Lewes. Plenty of eating options, Near Waitrose and bus stops for Brighton, Tunbridge Wells. Comfortable, not noisy in spite of being at busy road junction.
Would stay again plenty of interest in the area not too far from Lewes.
No teapot or scissors. Bath panel could do with refixing also toilet seat needs tightening up. Minor things that you can live with. Parking in the area is awkward but we found a 24hr car park 5 mins walk away near police station. £5.00for 8 hrs only charged between 9 am 5pm. Most other car parks were limited to 2 or 4 hrs parking.

The location is great, central and near useful shops. The flat was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and has lovely views. There is a good bus service to Brighton just around the corner. Lewes is a pleasant historic town to wander round.
It could do with a few more kitchen dishes, e.g. a couple of larger bowls, a baking tray and kitchen scissors. A small bottle of milk would have been appreciated as a start off. I found the oven challenging to begin with even with the instructions.

Very central position in Lewes. Comfortable and very well equipped. Great views from top floor flat. Good choice of restaurants and pubs nearby. Very close to Lewes Station.

Good location and comfortable. Well equipped and cosy.
The bathroom needs attention. The toilet bowl is severely cracked and the bathroom needs a good clean. The electric heater problem was quickly sorted out by Nigel.
