This property is majestic and serene. The outdoor space is amazing with the sound of the creek flowing and the beautiful forest, wildlife, and lake. The house outside architecture is really nice and well thought out. The beds were all very comfortable and the open areas both upstairs and down were great for sitting with the family and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you need to cook or prepare your favorite meals. I can't say enough great things about this home. Our experience was great!!! The only issue we had was that the trash can by the road was already full upon arrival, but we managed it and my door code never worked. Overall, we had an amazing experience. Phone service is spotty at best but the home has starlink wifi which worked great. We really enjoyed the old family pics, books, and old bibles in the home. All in all the property was very inviting and we plan on coming back in the future! Bye for now form Texas.

Our family very much enjoyed this cabin, it's history, the "at home" amenities and the beautiful property.
All of our adult children (28-31) who flew in from different parts of the country agreed that this was their favorite family vacation yet. We even celebrated our first grandson's first birthday there!
Everything was picture perfect. We hope to return some day, if it's still available.

We have visited this home many times and no matter the season, it is a perfect place for a quiet getaway! The home is spacious and perfectly fits both our family and our friends family. The views are spectacular! We would highly recommend!
