La struttura è in una posizione ottima, infatti in soli 5 minuti a piedi sei nella città di Kos.
La casa è piuttosto grande, con zona giorno e zona letto separati. La casa è ben fornita di tutti i servizi necessari.
Il bagno è un po’ piccolo, con il lavandino molto stretto e luci non adeguate ad illuminarlo bene.
