Owner met us to talk through all the facilities in this lovely well specified apartment. Looks like new. Excellent
Nothing really. On street parking not ideal but plenty of spaces free and a very quiet cul de sac road so not an issue

We liked the apartment very much and the host was helpful and friendly. It was good to have a balcony and we particularly liked the dressing room - plenty of hanging and shelf space which you don't always get in a rental property.
The lighting was very good, plenty of lamps rather than having to use overhead lighting all the time.
The kitchen was very well appointed and everything was fresh and clean.
It would have been nice to be a bit closer to a variety of restaurants but it was possible to walk across into Avignon.
