Independent housing on 2 floors in family property; very close to shops and transport, center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon (5 min) and Avignon (15 min)> direct bus

Paradise of greenery, quiet, on the heights of Villeneuve (Papilles view, Palace of the Popes ...), in the heart of the scrubland for walks

House renovated in June 2016, air conditioning, terrace, parking, complete and modern equipment (appliances, wifi, ...).

Large pool shared with the owners (some weekends, and first 2 weeks August)

Le gîte est très bien équipé et parfaitement entretenu, et bien que les commerces soient à quelques pas (ce qui est extrêmement pratique), le site est très calme. La vue depuis la piscine est époustouflante ... C'est un emplacement idéal pour rayonner en Provence. Félicitations à Pierre & Jean-Noel pour la qualité de leur accueil ainsi que les très bons conseils. Famille Labelle

Pierre et Jean Noel sont des hôtes charmants, très discrets et de bons conseils pour les bonnes adresses ! La piscine est top, la vue également ! La maison est au calme tout en étant proche d'Avignon , emplacement parfait pour visiter la Provence.
