About this house rental
5 minutes from Avignon, the house is located in the center of a charming Provencal village in a dead end. You can park right in front cars. It has a garden, ideal for children with a trampoline 3m, a porch, a barbecue and sun loungers. Rosemary, thyme and verbena will be at your disposal. On the ground floor are a kitchen fully equipped (+ dishwasher) overlooking a beautiful shaded terrace for the summer months, a living / dining room and a toilet. The floor is equipped with air conditioning. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom overlooking a balcony.

Bedroom 3: a double bed
I propose to show you my good plans, restaurants, bars, wine merchants, flyers about activities nearby, adult children's entertainment, shows of the month, festival and others, as well as guides on walks to do in the hinterland , beautiful Provence.
The house is in a quiet residential area. You can easily walk (100m) to the small Priades mall when a market is held every Saturday morning. There is a Spar supermarket open daily, a bakery, a pharmacy, a glacier ...
On the other side of the deadlock is a park with children's games.
Enjoy Avignon and its festival since the house is only 4km.
You are also well located for visiting such sites as the Pont du Gard, Baux de Provence, Châteauneuf du Pape .... The sea is also just 1 hour by car.
A bus stop is located near the house (100m). Line 4 is direct and regular for Avignon
Two adorable and child-minded cats live in the garden and will ask for their daily croquettes that we make available.

Maison fidèle au descriptif. Très bien agencée et bien équipée, le jardin est très agréable.
La propriétaire est très accueillante et chaleureuse. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
