The apartment is new and clean, very good location near the central part of Kavala.
The check in and the check out is not very convenient for me - requires exact planning and communication with the host, who will warn you to take care of his new flat and require a damage deposit. Only cash. For 1 night stay - a bit pricey for me. The bedroom bed has a squeaky mattress due to the springs inside it. In reality all of you sleep in 1 room on different levels.

Voll ausgestattete Wohnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder.

very good location. the apartment looks very good, everything is new. the bathroom is a little slippery when wet but otherwise everything is perfect. the owner was very helpful, he let us do an early check-in and gave us suggestions about good restaurants and beautiful beaches
