It's a big apartment situated in a quiet area. It's on 2 levels, but it's ok even for families with small children as it has a safety gate at the top of the stairs, so toddlers can't go on the stairs alone (there are actually some other child safety measures in place in the apt). The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing and if you wake up early you can watch the sunrise from the terrace. The host is a very nice person.
The only downside is that there is no A/C in 2 of the bedrooms. It wasn't a problem for us, since the nights were already a bit cooler, but I think it's good to know for people travelling in mid-season.

The house it equipped with all what you need from the kitchen to the bathroom.The view is Amazing like villas name. The beach nearby is nice but nicer is Bats, Ammolofoi and if you want a beach without costs is Iraklista all of them around max 20 min to drive .Overall it is a very nice place to stay this Maissonete and is is quiet compared to the middle of the city Kavalla.
Everything was almost perfect except the AC in the rooms where in 2 of them don't have AC and they need at least one fan.but Overall is perfect.
