The host was very attentive. We were always in contact. He gave information about places to visit, restaurants and beaches. The house is as it appears in the photos. The garden was very enjoyable

We find the appartment very nice, the host waited for us and gave us all tips for visiting and the near-bye beaches, I personally appreciated the TV sport channels and the little restaurant we had right next door with beautiful greek music.
The beds were all downstairs, a little bit crouded, upstairs just an office. It's not suited for two families.

Ideal!!! perfect 🔝Rating 10 out of 10 if possible and higher🤩! Detached villa, 2 floors, own cozy courtyard, sun loungers, parking! The house is perfectly clean, like the sea of Kavala! The house has everything you need: a kitchen, everything for cooking, a coffee maker, a grilled snack, beautiful dishes🍽️🍷, an outdoor grill, a cozy veranda, a bathroom, a hygienic shower, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner and much more! Powerful air conditioners 💪🏼 On the ground floor there is a kitchen-studio, a large dining table, a sofa for sleeping, a huge bedroom, TV, Netflix, a double bed and two sofas. Panoramic windows! On the second floor there is a bathroom and an office! Also access to a private veranda! All as in the photo! Near cafes, delicious food, seafood! The windows in the house are so good that not a single seagull will disturb your sleep 😅 The location is ideal for people with a car or for those who play sports! To the beach on foot 1 km or by car 5 minutes. Lots of beaches around. Perfect beaches and sea water. Shop within walking distance. From the center of Kavala by car 7-10 minutes. Kind, sympathetic, hospitable host Christos, always in touch and always happy to help, will answer any question! And most importantly, the villa is pet friendly🐾🐾!!! We are very grateful for everything that was offered to us for a great holiday! I recommend this place a thousand times!!!
