Immersed in the lush Mediterranean scrubland of Argentario, Villa Euforbia SeaView is the ideal home for an authentic and relaxing vacation, just 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Le Cannelle. Located in an exclusive area accessible only by residents and guests via two automatic gates, the villa ensures absolute tranquility, safety, and privacy.
The villa is approximately 12 km from Porto Santo Stefano, along the scenic coastal road connecting Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole.
The villa's rustic furnishings are deliberately classic and welcoming, featuring wooden furniture and simple details, for a vacation far from urban and modern style.
Important Information:
The house is surrounded by nature, so you might encounter domestic cats (owned and from the surrounding woods), butterflies, birds, typical animals of Monte Argentario, and, naturally, insects such as mosquitoes. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and additional mosquito nets above each bed can be provided upon request.
The house is entirely on one floor. The road accessible by car is located above the house (in a higher position); from the parking area to the villa entrance, there are two small flights of stairs.

We go already the third summer in a row to the same place. The reasons are clear: friendly owners, perfectly located villa (200 m to Le Canelle, one of the most beatiful beaches on Monte Argentario) and a great value for the money. The winding road goes through the national park with beatiful views, the place is quiet and family friendly. Cozy villa is offering privacy, great view, shaded terrace with large table, nice little garden with sunbeds, and all the infrastructure needed for a relaxing vacation, Owners Pier and Carmela are very nice people, always offering valuable advice and help.

This place was a perfect getaway for the summer, close to the incredibly crystal blue sea and remote enough to have a real peaceful vacation. Pier and his family were very hospitable and accommodating on all accounts.
