With the natural beauty of the warm Maremma countryside framing the surroundings and the turquoise waters lapping at its shores, this house is the perfect beach vacation home!
Nestled on the seashore, with private beach access, this peaceful double-storey retreat is an excellent getaway for families and offers child, elderly and pet-friendly premises. The house has 5 cosy bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen to offer an essentially carefree and comfortable vacation for up to 9 guests in the beautiful lagoon-town of Orbetello.
Outside, surrounded by lush Mediterranean shrubs and junipers, guests will find a lovely 500-square-metre private garden area with open-air sea-view dining to enjoy a meal at any time of the day. This area, through a small gate, also leads out onto the private beach as well as the larger beach (with a very suggestive view of the Etruscan Coast), where you can dip your feet in refreshing waters and sunbathe under the delightful Tuscan sun. Moreover, an outdoor shower with hot water is available to provide the extra convenience of hassle-free cleaning up after a day at the beach.
The modern holiday home has essential kitchen utilities like a dishwasher, microwave, mokka coffee machine and cooker hob to whip up delicious homemade meals! A sea-view indoor dining table is available too for moods for eating in.
The house is on 2 levels:
Upper level - ground floor: bright living/dining room with direct access to outdoor equipped area, fireplace and sea view; kitchenette (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave) open to living/dining room. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower.
Lower level (basement with reduced high windows) ceiling height mt 1.95 and high windows: 1 double bedroom with fireplace and bathroom with shower, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room (washroom, washing machine).
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: A charming, upper level ensuite bedroom with a double bed and extra seating.
Bedroom 2: An inviting, lower level double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and fire place.
Bedroom 3: A light-filled, upper level bedroom with twin beds.
Bedroom 4: A good-sized lower level bedroom with twin beds and a large window.

Pets are allowed on request and for a fee of €35 that is to be paid on the spot.

Location
The holiday house is located in the laid-back town of Orbetello, surrounded by a beautiful lagoon. From the house’s location, the Giannella beach is just a stone’s throw away and so is the closest restaurant. For hiking lovers, a ten-minute walk will lead them to the seaside hiking area. Orbetello’s old town centre, which is completely pedestrianised and has shops, restaurants and several discos, is a 15-minutes drive away.
Since the house is situated in the ancient Etruscan region, which connects to the naturally beautiful and exquisite Maremma region, guests here have a host of golden-sand beaches and nature parks to enjoy. The nature/butterfly park with the Spanish Forte delle Saline (in Albinia) is a 5-minutes drive away and is ideal for families. Meanwhile, historical sites such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, with notable frescoes from the 15th C is a 15-minutes drive away.
For day trips, guests can head to the thermal springs of Saturnia (a 50-minutes drive), Tarot Gardens ( 30 minutes), and Ansedonia ( 20-minutes). Pisa and Florence are also easily accessible from here, located at 2 hours and a 10-minutes drive away. Leonardo Da Vinci is the nearest international airport, approximately a 1.5-hour drive from this holiday house in Grosseto, Tuscany.
