Very clean and tidy
The area behind the front door and stairs up to the flat look like a building site..

Location, very close to Farringdon Station, bars and restaurants.
Reasonably quiet.
Easy communication with owners.
Public areas dirty and in bad state of repair.
Apartment decor tired and shabby.
Mouldy shower, broken tiles in bathroom.
1/2 toilet roll between 4, coffee machine no pods.
3 beds but only 2 sets of bedding available.
No door on the bedroom when the website states "separate bedroom". It's not separate it's 1 room that gives you no privacy whatsoever. It's fine for a couple but not suitable for 4. There is a ZBED in the lounge but only big enough for 1 and a sofa bed (also for 1) but only 1 spare duvet and pillow, when we asked for bedding we were told that there was enough but they would provide it as a "gesture of good will "! How generous ! There were 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 15 year old unrelated girls, we needed all 3 beds.
