Located on a dominant position, between Cannes and Grasse, near the prestigious villages of Mougins, Valbonne, Mouans-Sartoux ... and their shops, this large, bright and secure family property offers an exceptional view.
The villa includes a large circular entrance in the main tower, an equipped kitchen, an equipped laundry room, a dining room, a large living room (indoor and outdoor) with open fire. The ground floor also has two master suites, dressing room and bathroom, and an apartment with a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds, and a bathroom.
All common living areas have access to the terraces via large sliding glass doors.
An open central patio, adorned with palm trees and a fountain, lets in light throughout the villa.
The 1st floor offers 3 parental suites with double beds, dressing room and bathroom, and an 8-bed room. Two bedrooms have balconies with breathtaking views.
This air-conditioned and secure villa also has a large private garden with trees, a large central swimming pool of 11m by 5m surrounded by terraces, and a playground.
A large terrace opens onto a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue.

It was superb! We spent many days around the swimming pool! We spent a day on the coast (Antibes), we spent a morning at Accrobranche Riviera, we spent a morning at Fragonard and made perfume, we spent a morning/afternoon at the 'Village des Foux', and we had evening at a restaurant 'Amandier' in Mougins - it was super! The WiFi is excellent, and the concierge (Dominique) was superb (babysitting as well); there was enough space to stay separate and enough spaces to sit all the family! Quite honestly, it was excellent! Ignace was a very good host. He owns the property, and he's very friendly and communicative.

I cannot recommend this villa high enough.The pre-holiday service is fantastic, querries were answered incredibly quick.The concierge on arrival and during our stay was really helpful.The villa is beautiful!! It has everything you need and more, several sitting / dining areas, lovely large garden, the pool is a good size and very well maintained.Location is perfect for exploring the Cote D'Azur.I could go on and on but you should try for yourself.

The house is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of room for large groups, and the outdoor areas and swimming pool allow for great relaxing and fun moments for adults and children. Furniture and decoration are rustic and fairly run down, and the house is supplied with very basic and old appliances, cheap and overused dishware/glassware. The mattresses were all uncomfortable, with smelly bedsheets and pillows. It would not take much to upgrade the furnishings to make the house more enjoyable and turnkey.We also had a disastrous check-in experience. The concierge, who was apparently not the usual staff handling that, was very unprofessional, appallingly rude and unwelcoming, and the house was not clean in time for us. We had to make our own beds and clean extensively ourselves before we could settle in. Thankfully the owner, who is very kind and responsive, was very apologetic and went out of his way to make up for the bad experience. He covered additional cleaning services, but it took about 3 days of the cleaning lady visiting the house before it was up to the level it should have been at check in, which was inconvenient for a 7-day stay.Overall a great vacation home but overpriced with respect to the level of comfort offered.
