Nytt fräscht boende på trevligt läge i Mayrhofen. Smidigt med parkering under huset för dagsutflykten. Trots att det ligger nära väg och vattendrag så isolerar fönsterna utmärkt. Lägenheten har allt man kan önska sig i Alperna.

Very nice and huge appartement, almost new. 2 bedrooms, big living room with kitchen (very good equipped in a modern style), 2 bathrooms with shower. Big terrace allowing just to relax on the sun (however, we didn't enjoy it so much because of a rainy week we had during our stay). Parking lot in the garage included, direct access to the house by the elevator. Perfect location, some 5 mins walking to the center of Mayrhofen (same for the Penkenbahn valley station). Very nice communication with the owner; unfortunately we didn't have a chance meeting face-to-face.
Everything perfect. Just the location of the house is very close to the main road bypassing Mayrhofen, so that it was noisy a little bit even during the night. But this is something anyone can learn from the map position, so nothing to complain.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und auch sehr hochwertig. Wir haben ein paar mal selbst gekocht und die Küche ist super eingerichtet. Vom Toaster über Töpfe/Pfannen bis zum Mixstab ist alles vorhanden. Auch ordentliche Messer zum schneiden für Fleisch oder Gemüse. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es gibt nur 6 Besteck-/Tellersets, so dass wir mit 3 Personen jeden zweiten Tag die Spülmaschine anstellen mussten, obwohl diese noch nicht ganz voll war. Wir sind mit Hund gereist und selbst für ihn hat der Gastgeber ein Hundebett und einen Wassernapf bereitgestellt.
Auf der Terrasse stehen 2 hochwertige Holzliegen auf denen man wunderbar den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Weiterhin ist ein Tisch und 4 Stühle vorhanden, so dass man auch auf der Terrasse frühstücken kann. Im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern ist jeweils ein eigener Fernseher, auch wenn wir den nicht braucht, ist es sicherlich ein plus Punkt. Die Betten waren bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Es gibt 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten, so dass man sich nach einem langen Wandertag auch super parallel fertig machen. Das Haus ist direkt an der "Hauptstraße", aber da die Wohnung nach hinten, Richtung Berge geht, bekommt man davon nicht viel mit auch wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft.
Alles in allem eine super Wohnung und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
