Great apartment in a quiet part of town but less than 10 minute walk to the busy part. The bus stop is a 50m walk where you can catch the E bus to the Penkenbahn or Ahornbahn with buses every 15 minutes. Maria our host was lovely, very welcoming but inconspicuous during our stay. The apartment was well equiped with good parking on site and a warm ski room in the basement. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well
With only one bathroom, it would be tricky in the mornings with any more than 4 occupants. There were 3 of us and we managed OK but had to be at bus stop by 8.15am. With a more flexible start to the day it would be fine.

The apartment bedrooms and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a lovely ambience in this accommodation that also accommodates the family on the ground floor. The kitchen is compact but well equipped with dishwasher oven, hob, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment. Access to two balconies. It is a short distance from town, supermarkets etc.
The only thing that could be improved is a fly mesh or net curtain in front of the kitchen balcony doors.

Very kind and welcoming owner, very spacious, very comfortable beds, kitchen well-equipped, great storage, hot water always, amazing views, very quiet, we could order bread every morning, very close to supermarket, great walking trails close by (both around the valley and leading higher up), local buses to places like Hintertux glacier, close to cable cars. In other words, perfect!
