Location was a stones throw from the town but far enough away so as not to disturb you of an evening. Breakfast was nice and varied with options to cater for most people. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, arranging a taxi for us to the train station on the last day. Would definitely come back
The hallways smelling of smoke but this may be an English thing. The rooms didn't smell of smoke I must add

Die Gastgeberin und das Frühstück waren perfekt.
Das Zimmer groß und sehr sauber, das Bett bequem.
Der Weg zur Penkenbahn dauerte zu Fuß nur fünf Minuten.
Die Heizung hätte etwas kräftiger sein können.

Sleeping comfort is completely missing:
- jelly fish like pillows (we asked for additional pillows and it was provided but it doesn’t help - additional ones are same awful)
- awfully extremely squeaking bed, every move is loudly sounded
- very poor mattress, back pain will be with you all the time
- non-existing sound isolation, you can hear washing machine working every evening (until around 0:00) and clearly hear all other guests walking, talking, etc.
