Shower on first floor worked well. Clean. Easy bus access for Leicester City Centre and easy walking distance to a Country Park.
Towels provided were not large enough to wrap around the body.
The shower head holder was loose so could not be angled to self well, or in multiple directions.

Kenny and Emma communication was fantastic, we had a few issues with the property over the course of our stay but they responded to messages efficiently and also resolved some of the issues we had whilst we were there.
The description for the property isn't exactly accurate, firstly this is not a 6 bedroom property, it's 5 rooms and sofa beds. There is no dishwasher either.
When we arrived the carpet was full of dog hair and there was dog poo in the back garden, this was resolved by the owners bringing us a hoover and so was resolved. The oven didn't work whilst we were at the property, Kenny offered to fix it (believed to be the switch) but at this time we no longer required it.
I believe the issues we had were not with the property itself but the standard of cleaning, I believe this is out sourced and so can't blame the owner for that.
Some of the flooring is dangerous, carpet taped down and laminate that moves in one of the bedrooms.
