THE VILLA IS COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT ABOUT 700 METRES AWAY IS A SMALL VILLAGE CALLED VILLAMAGNA, WHERE THERE IS A BAR, POST OFFICE, PHARMACY AND A SMALL SUPERMARKET. 5KM AWAY THERE IS AN EXCELLENT TUSCAN RESTAURANT WITH LOCAL ORGANIC FOOD,WINE AND OIL OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. There is much to explore beyond the natural delights on your doorstep. The pretty little hilltop village of Lajatico 15 km to the west is the birthplace of tenor Andrea Bocelli where he gives annual concerts at the Teatro del Silenzio, and don't miss the central piazza there for lunch! The villa's location means there is something for every day trip with the medieval town of Volterra 13 km to the south, the golf course of Castelfalfi 15 km to the north and San Gimignano 25 km to the west.
This is a Tuscan cottage to escape to when you want to get away from it all. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor, the cosy all-in-one kitchen on the ground floor, dinner and living room are dominated by double doors with views of the countryside
