La maison est super, très petite mais parfaitement agencée, toute la famille a passé un agréable moment. A l'extérieur, une grande zone de jardin sécurisée avec plein de jeux pour les enfants, vélo, etc.
L'emplacement est très décentré, pas facile d'accès et dans le quartier moins agréable qu'au centre de Caen. Néanmoins, nous n'avons pas pu essayer les multiples balades vertes qui démarrent de cet endroit, ce qui est un plus.
