A localização é muito central e fica no bairro histórico de Vaugueux. Perto da catedral, do castelo, de restaurantes, etc...
Fizemos dois jantares em casa e os pequenos-almoços.A cozinha está bem equipada.
A sala surpreendeu pela área grande e pela decoração. As plantas que decoravam o espaço eram naturais!
Todas as facilidades do apartamento eram boas. Camas confortáveis. Janelas com estores a funcionar muito bem. Aquecimento que à noite ainda apeteceu.
As vistas do apartamento (no último piso) sobre os telhados, a catedral e o castelo, são magníficas.
Nada a reportar.

Appartement idéalement situé. Une bonne communication avec les propriétaires. L'appartement est spacieux et très agréable.
Il y a dû avoir un souci avec le ménage car à notre arrivée il n'y avait pas du tout de papiers toilettes et des serviettes usagées étaient encore présentes. Le propriétaire a regularisé trés rapidement. Au niveau de la douche, celle-ci presentait des taches de savon encore présent. Très peu de produits pour la nettoyer (vinaigre uniquement le reste une bouteille vide de Sanytol). Le canapé mériterait un nettoyage vapeur.

"Absolutely central and lovely area in Caen. Excellent communications with the owner . The shower is particularly good 😊. It was quiet and private whilst being in the middle of the city. Lovely views."
