L’apartament està ubicat en una gran ciutat, apartat del centre. Està a prop de zones turístiques com les platges del desembarcament o els Penya-segats d’Etretat.
Compta amb una cuina, un lavabo, dues habitacions i menjador.
No hi havia prou paper de WC, cal fer bastanta maniobra per aparcar al parking, no hi havia drap de cuina. També, hi havia pocs plats (4-5 de cada). La porta del lavabo no tancava bé.

-tout le nécessaire de base dans les chambres, vaisselle dans la cuisine, lave linge et sèche linge
-appartement spacieux et lumineux, accès facile à l'appartement avec des valises
-beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres!!

The property is well equipped.
Free parking in a locked garage.
The apartment is old and in need of repairs.
There is a distinct smell inside, typical for old buildings.
The doors are creaking and squeaking.
The wooden floors are cracking when stepped on.
The noise coming from the upstairs neighbours is absurd. You can hear everything from them.
The road in front is very busy and there is a lot of noise coming from outside.
There is no elevator.
