Location is great, right on the beach!
The caravan is pretty old and run down. Lots of big stains on carpet and marked/ripped wall paper. Was not as clean as I would expect for the price, needed a hoover at the very least.

The sofa covers/throws weren't clean & had spots of mud on.
There was no washing up bowl or dishcloth
The towels were too small
The parking space was small & one end of it was just mud from all the rain. It needed paving slabs or bark because getting out the car to the caravan our shies got really muddy & we ended up taking them on & off outside so we didn't tread mud into the caravan
