Unfortunately no breakfast or hot meals, tea coffee or sugar provided, my pre prepared meals were put in the micro wave by staff, central heating was not working due to work in progress being undertaken, however portable heater was provided, though not as good as radiator

The reception staff was very helpful and polite everyone in the reception had a good communication skill and seemed friendly
Had a bad experience with one of the family room, wasn’t worth the money. Also the address on booking.com for the hotel was wrong, had difficulty finding it.
