Firstly this is sold as 5 star - and you cant forget this:
Resort is of course fantastic and easily overwelms any issues with the room or Manor House.
We selected the Manor House on Bank Holiday specifically because its quiter end of the resort, Cellar Bar and more relaxing breakfast.
They do not serve breakfast here anymore - dissappointing - you have to que at the Olive Tree.
Pad in Manor House, which is where we wanted to eat Sunday night was closed - as to was the Cellar Bar our favourite Resort Venue - infact the lights wernt even on in the general area.
Very difficult getting a slot in the Forum Spa - Sunday none - Monday we had to go up to Dillons at the Golf Club - 40min slots seems very Leisure Centre - but appreciate there is safety to manage.
Huge Bed, lovely Bathroom, standard room really with a decade of suitcase wear - Food is excellent - staff great - lovely grounds - needs decorating - overally nice weekend

rooms were very tired - it was clean enough - no water in the room - I could heart everything in the next room - lift was broken on the day I was checking out and I was on the 4 th floor ...
checking in was convenient online but didn't work the first 20 times I tried to download my key card ... I was told to go to reception which was very confusing and not very well sign posted from the conference centre ...
