Großes, ruhiges Zimmer mit riesigem Doppelbett und Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Ausgezeichnete Lage nahe Strandpark, ca 1,3 km vom Bahnhof.
Die Bedienung des Gasherds, besonders des Ofens, ist nicht einfach. Ein Rollo hat nicht funktioniert, daher konnte man das Zimmer nicht ganz verdunkeln. Im Fernsehen keine deutsche oder englische Sender, sondern nur italienische. "Smart" TV von Hitachi ist sehr langsam, 2mal hängengeblieben, nur Cold Start hat geholfen.

Die Wohnung ist Top für eine Kurzaufenthalt in La Spezia. Sie ist sonnig, befindet sich in einem ruhigen Quartier mit vielfältigen Restaurantmöglichkeiten und in Gehdistanz zum Meer und zum Bahnhof.
Nur zwei kleine Vorschläge: Die Nachttischlampen sind für Lesen im Bett ungenügend hell und es gibt keine Möglichkeiten den Abfall in "reziklierbar" und "nicht reziklierbar" zu trennen. Diese Punkte sind jedoch nicht qualitätsmindernd.

L'appartamento si trova in centro in una traversa della via principale, quindi molto tranquilla. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. L'host Roberto gentilissimo nel darci informazioni. L'alloggio, confortevole, con riscaldamento autonomo, si trova in una zona comoda a tutto. C'è un supermercato molto rifornito sotto casa mentre sulla via principale a pochi passi c'è una panetteria che sforna focacce e altro veramente buoni. Si arriva in una decina di minuti a piedi al molo di attracco dei battelli.
