Tout est très bien
Bruits des voisins au dessus qui claquent les portes et qui marchent en faisant du bruit.
Arranger la petite cour peut etre et insonoriser la porte couloir qui donne sur l’immeuble pour le bruit et le froid

Fuimos 5 noches a Blois y nos alojamos aquí. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Nos pareció muy cómodo, con todas las facilidades, y muchos detalles para que solo tengas que preocuparte de disfrutar (información de los alrededores, un par de cápsulas de café de cortesía, productos de aseo, aceite, sal...) la verdad es que son cosas que no siempre hay y se agradecen. La ubicación para nosotros era muy buena porque estabas a máximo 10 minutos del centro histórico andando, pero en una zona tranquila, y fácil para aparcar (y gratis). Leyendo comentarios iba un poco con cautela por el tema ruidos, y aunque es cierto que al estar a pie de calle y que las paredes interiores no aislan mucho, no hemos tenido ningún inconveniente para dormir en estos cinco días.
Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.
No es negativo como tal, pero, como ya vi en algunos comentarios sobre el patio interior, aunque se puede usar sin problemas, si es cierto que hay una familia de palomas que complica la limpieza del suelo. Tampoco creo que haya mucha solución, las palomas no molestan.

Good location in Bois, the apartment has enough space for 2 adults and 1 baby.

Dust was everywhere, on every shelf in the kitchen, in the living room, in the bathroom.
The armchair (in the picture) consists of an unstable and minimal shelf with some hangers for jackets and pants.
The bed is uncomfortable and small. The cushions are not ergonomic, too hard for the cervical.
The bathroom is really small, it's even difficult to close and open its door when you are in.
I was caught by the low price, but the apartment is dirty and dusty and not very comfortable at all
