Freundliche Begrüßung, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.
Leider war die Wohnung nicht richtig sauber. Viele Fliegen und Spinnen. Alter Dreck in den Ecken. Es wurde grob sauber gemacht, gründlich war es nicht. Gelüftet wurde auch nicht.
