Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentrumsnah und man ist in 15 Gehminuten in der Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei und modern und alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Besonders gut hat uns die Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Räder im Hof gefallen (gesondert abschließbar). Ein Basisvorrat an Kaffeepads und Geschirrspülmittel/Tabs war vorhanden. lles in allem empfehlenswert, insbesondere wenn man zu zweit anreist und etwas länger bleiben möchte.
Der Aufstieg über die engen Treppen ist herausfordernd, aber die Treppen sind dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet und sollte kein Grund sein, von einer Buchung abzusehen!

Communication et accueil par Valérie très bonne, Valérie a été très sympa et chaleureuse. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée (boissons fraîches et petite collation) sont très agréables et très appréciées.
Appart très propre et parfaitement équipé.
Bien insonorisé et très calme.
Literie impeccable et confortable, aussi bien pour le lit que le canapé lit.
On a apprécié les rideaux occultants aux fenêtres pour la nuit et la clim très performante.
Les escaliers sont effectivement anciens et raides mais nous le savions à l'avance donc cela ne nous a posé aucun problème.
Situé hors du centre ville mais à 10 minutes à pied, donc aucun souci avec cela. Très belle vue sur la Loire et la ville.
Pas de parking privé mais toujours de la place dans la rue à côté. Quartier calme et très sécurisant.
La télévision un peu capricieuse, beaucoup de chaînes non accessibles, mais franchement c'est un petit détail car nous ne sommes pas venus là pour passer nos journées devant la télé !!

Blick auf den Fluss, alle Utensilien in Bad und Küche vorhanden, eigener abschließbarer Abstellraum für Fahrradträger und Fahrräder.
2 Etagen über alte Holzwendeltreppe ( war aber bekannt durch Vorrezensionen), da muss man sich halt drauf einstellen.

Excellent location, good wifi, friendliness and helpfulness of owner. We appreciated it very much. Appropriate amenities. Parking on the side road was available, convenient and free. Good air condition system. Beautiful view and easy access to attractions and convenience local stores and restaurants. Good for a few vacation days
The entry is at he back, not only very inconvenient but could be considered dangerous because of the spaira-like-2 floors stairs with no rail for half of it, The smell on the stairs is very possible due to fungus contained inside the walls. Probably not unsanitary, but suspicious. There is no 'ambient' light in the living room so one is flooded with light (no very relaxing). For American tourists: Beware of the vitroceramic stove. I had problems with the instructions, even though I speak and write French. The owner very kindly came and helped, but the time lost and frustration were all mine! She said that she will write the instructions in English
