The ensuite shower did not drain quickly enough and totally flooded the ensuite area, suggest adding a barrier at the entrance to the shower to contain the excess water, also mop was broken . Leather sofa in front room needs respringing as very uncomfortable to sit on can feel wooden bars when sitting. TV control does not alwys respond may need new batteries

Quality Apartment.
There was no heating apartment was cold.
Found wall thermostats for underfloor heating (8 hour wait for any effect) but
next day nothing.A cold stay.
Large pool of water outside (downpipe loose) slippery and got shoes wet.

The house decor was clean and stylish. There was care over making the guest stay homely. The beach location was amazing. It was a great walk to all that was needed
It says ‘Pet’ friendly but I wasn’t allowed my pet.
It was stated that rubbish needed taking out but there was a lock on the bin shed so I had to take it all home

The apartment is lovely and light with a fantastic kitchen/dining/living-room with a sea view. Fantastic location and the apartment was very clean.
We came down for an August weekend and the listing said beach towels were provided. We arrived to find no beach towels and had a restless first night in a very musty smelling bed - neither the linen nor bedding smelled fresh. When we contacted the owner on Saturday morning to raise these problems he was unbelievably rude - said he had no other beach towels, that it wasn’t his fault if other guests had taken them, that he had no other linen available and didn’t have anyone in Worthing ‘at our disposal’ to sort out problems. He was extremely unpleasant, not at all apologetic and totally unhelpful. In the end some beach towels were dropped off but the whole thing totally ruined the beginning of our stay and will be what stays with us. Recommend you look for somewhere with an owner with a more polite and helpful attitude.
