Gîte de haute qualité, tout est neuf, tout fonctionne, tout est fonctionnel. rien à redire, l'emplacement est au coeur de la ville à proximité de tout et de toutes les visites, dans une petite rue très calme.

The location was ok, short 10-15 minute walk to Chateau de Amboise and the town center.
The house is pretty and the living room/kitchen are large.
The property was very cold upon our arrival and we were told that the fireplace doesn't work. The booklet is asking you not to change the thermostats temperature for each room, however the host approved us to do it in the morning. We already had to the evening before because it was so cold in the house.
There was no soap or shower gel provided and just a little bit of toilet paper.
The beds were not even prepared for us, there were bed sheets and pillow cases left at the end of each bed to make it ourselves! Another down side is that the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
We were asked to strip the beds at the end, take out the trash etc - but if you're charging me a 79 EUR cleaning fee and I have to make and undo my own beds, what is the point of staying at your place? The property prices competes with hotels and much better places in the area. I don't think I'd return.
I am not difficult to please, quite the contrary - I never really leave bad reviews. However, they could really, really make this property an excellent stay with just a little bit of investment per stay (3 EUR for a soap and gel shower??) but they choose not too. It's a shame, really.

L'emplacement à deux pas du clos Lucé et du château d'Amboise. La possibilité de se garer devant le logement et de tout faire à pieds.
Logement très joli et bien équipé.
( Le poêle à granulés ne fonctionne pas mais pas nécessairement chauffage électrique en fonction)
La propreté du logement. Le logement est très joli et bien équipé, c'est vraiment dommage qu'il n'était pas propre. La vaisselle était sale dans le placard, le micro-onde très sale, le sol pas lavé ( nous avons lavé le sol des deux étages, l'eau était noire pour chaque étage).
La literie n'est pas du tout confortable
