Processo di check in completamente digitale e intuitivo. Alla fine inviano il codice di accesso alla stanza.
Appartamento molto nuovo, tenuto bene, a 500 metri dal centro storico, in una via piuttosto silenziosa.
Stanza pulita, dotata di tv, wifi, angolo cottura con stoviglie e bollitore.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Un problema di comunicazione via messaggi su booking con la struttura. Dopo la prima notte, ho chiesto due cuscini in più. La prima risposta è stata immediata, ma rientrato la sera ho chiesto aggiornamenti, e non mi è stato più risposto.
Dopo il check out, invece, mi sono accorto di aver dimenticato gli occhiali da sole in stanza. Li hanno recuperati e messi da parte quando, il giorno dopo, sono tornato a riprenderli. Con l'occasione si sono scusati per non aver saputo gestire la richiesta dei cuscini.

The Location was very nice.
Unfortunately the first couple nights the room smelled like fish. However it did end up going away. Whenever you use the water it smells like eggs. I stayed for 18 days and we got room service 1 time with new towels and toilet paper. Trash was never taken out. It was a really good location however some things could use some work. The heating machine was also iffy and the bed was uncomfortable. I would recommend this if you have a short stay of nothing more but 4 days and will only be in this room to sleep and not to relax.
