Good price . Location is good if you have a car. Is quiet. Lidl and fast food near.
Industrial area. Not good if you don’t have a car. Not for turists. There is a tires deposit next to hotel. If you need to rest is ok 1-2 nights

Находится за городом, в какой-то пром-зоне, точнее за авторынком со старыми шинами. Но перед отелем прекрасное озеро, все чисто, аккуратно и ухожено. Заселение через ресепшн. Номер чистый, есть чайник, кружки, холодильник. Есть кафе, цены могли бы быть пониже для такого удаленного места, но голодным не останетесь. Сам отель аккуратный, много номеров, мебель новая. В холле есть бильярд, подробности использования не знаю.
Не удобно с розетками - они за перегородкой под окном. Есть еще одна у стола для чайника. Ив душе вода за бортик вытекала. В душевой кабине не понравился силиконовый коврик, потому что под ними обычно еще больше микробов копится, лучше поддон оставить без него.

Easy check in process and parking option close by. Accommodation has a cafe inside, which is comfortable if you need breakfast. Also location has gas stations, store and fast food close, within 5 minute walking distance.
Shady payment practices, we were not allowed to pay in advance and overcharged in cash upon arrival. Since the accommodation is pretty cheap, guests are not the best, our neighbors were drinking and slammed the doors with violent force at least 6 times between 21-23 oclock.
