The property offers a lovely garden and well maintained bathrooms, making for a pleasant experience overall. While parking is ample and convenient, the location lacks walkability and beach access which could be a downside for some. The staff are friendly and attentive, contributing positively to the stay. Though the facilities could use some enhancement to match expectations. Overall, its a decent choice for a getaway. The spa treatments are excellent, done by the professional staff. Spa staff are brilliant and very friendly!

- rooms need renovation (garden wing)
- poor service overall (for brunch on Saturday starting at 12 noon, no waiters to take the order)
- most kids meals, adult size of the portions. priced not like a kids meals
- all restaurants closing at 10pm, no chance to eat for those who stay late in SPA
- sleeping experience is very poor. quality of pillows and duvets is not 4*
- very tricky door locks using, old style keys
- TV channels not possible to watch
- reception staff unfriendly, unmotivated
