The host was lovely and greeted us enthusiastically. The rooms present well and the pool is beautiful.
Kids aren’t welcome, booking.com auto entered my kids age and I didn’t realise kids under 8 not welcome, I messaged 2weeks before arrival once I noticed to see if I should cancel but told ok to come. Door to our suite didn’t have a lock at all. No food in rooms and no access to a communal kitchen space. We got Uber eats delivered to eat outside and it was stolen from front fence, when I asked told they came but couldn’t find us so left but it was pictured on fence with my name on it. No air conditioning in rooms. No fan either. Poorly slept, no dinner. Decided to leave after one night (had booked 2), too hot, a fan would have made so much difference.
