About this house rental
In the heart of Soussey sur Brionne, a pretty little village in Auxois, this 85 m² house is completely renovated in an authentic way and faces south. It has two bedrooms with a 140 * 190 double bed and is fully equipped for a young child. The kitchen is fully equipped, including with microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. Television, console and DVD player are installed in the living room and television in the bedrooms.
Many books and games are available. internet access is via 4G, there is no WiFi.
A garden with garden furniture and barbecue will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
Cleaning possible on request (40 €).
All shops at 10 km (Pouilly en Auxois and Vitteaux: Bakery, Pharmacy, supermarket)
Local market on Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Pouilly and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Vitteaux.
Various activities are available nearby: golf, lake for swimming, canal for fishing, many possible hikes, Burgundy Wine Route, chateauneuf castle, visit to Burgundian cities

La location était bien et propre. Bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin pour faire du barbecue
Le propriétaire est très a l écoute, aimable et nous a donné des conseils pour découvrir la région et les lieux à visiter..
Petit village bien agréable

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Schlafzimmer sind angenehm schlicht eingerichtet. Der Ess-Wohnbereich ist schön urig und von Zitronenquetsche über Raclettegrill bis Brettspiel findet man alles was man brauchen könnte in den Schränken. Außerdem findet man alles was man zur Bespaßung und auch Sicherheit eines (Klein)Kindes braucht.
Die Schlüsselübergabe fand beiderseits per Post-Einschreiben statt, was etwas ungewöhnlich und sperrig ist. Aber der Email- und Telefonkontakt mit dem Vermieter klappte gut.
Leider führt keine Tür direkt in den Garten, sodass man zum frühstücken im Freien immermit Tablet und Krimskrams um das ganze Haus herum oder durch den dunklen Keller gehen muss.
Alles in allem waren wir zufreiden mit der Unterkunft.

Ma compagne, mes enfants et moi-même avons passé un excellent séjour à Soussey-sur-Brionne. Au programme: baignades, visites de châteaux, des hospices de Beaune, promenade sur le canal de Bourgogne, tout cela à proximité de notre charmant location. Une adresse que nous recommandons très chaleureusement!
