Patrick was a fantastic host. The house is lovely, clean and well located close to the town centre and wedding venue I attended in Boyne Hill house. Patrick was so kind to even give me a lift to the wedding venue after I checked in and changed in my room. Absolutely would recommend anyone stay here.

My room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and had an ensuite shower. Plenty of wardrobe space. The host, Patrick, was very friendly, chatty, kind and helpful. I was satisfied with my stay here as it offered very good value for money and the location suited my needs as I had a rental car, though there is a bus stop within a short walk, and a shopping centre up the road. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can make a hot drink in the kitchen. Quiet accommodation.

Beautiful well appointed property. Lovely well kept rooms, great bathrooms.
Clean, spacious, really comfy bed, quiet - perfect for a long or short stay - the fact that I would return says it all. The owner is a fantastic host and super helpful - more than I’ve ever experienced- I really couldn’t ask for more. I’ve had a super time.

The person's Townhouse was very clean, and modern. And relatively quiet. And in an upscale neighborhood.
Owner, individual at the property was rather insulting to me as an American visitor.
The only reason why I state this is so no other visitor starts his holiday by have to
dismiss insults.
