Quiet, lots of space
The flat is in the basement, so I could smell dampness. In some places, the paint was peeling off the walls. The flat could have been cleaned better.

Good and comfortable stay. Had sound and good sleep. Surrounding was good and peaceful. As we reached late the keys were handed over by the owner. Good kitchen for cooking. Washroom were sparkling clean and new.
The location is far away from Stuttgart central station. Have to take S bhan and then bus, require 45+ mins to reach the location.
The apartment is basement of a house.

This location was very convenient to the area and did have parking available when we rented a car. The hosts were wonderful, and the room was comfortable even without AC as hot as it was during our stay.
I believe we may have arrived a day earlier than expected so it may not have been as clean as it could be, but it was great and we will try to stay there again when we return.
